As a Chicago-born Indian woman recently entering the world of travel writing, I have always cherished reading about world traditions related to clothing/apparel, foods, wellness, and celebrations. As a second-generation American growing up in two cultures in a big city, I have much to share on the local front. Coming from the world of physical therapy for the last 20 years, the chance for mindful travel to capture those stories and write about them is both a wish and a goal for my next career.
